- Duties included: troubleshooting software/hardware problems, driver and software
installations, password resets, Active Directory migrations, delivering and setting up
equipment, and other duties as assigned.

Notable Projects
Beacon Heights
- Beacon Heights is a fictional theme park for which we, a team of three, developed a
client-server system for.
- The client side was an Android application to provide easy access to show times,
attractions, and amber alerts to customers.
- We also created as a "FastPass" system to reserve tickets for "popular" attractions.
- This Android application was developed using the Eclipse IDE and written in Java.
- The server side was a website built using Ruby on Rails.
- The website also included administrative features, such as updating FastPasses, events,
users, attractions, and amber alerts.
- Sqlite 3 was used for data persistence.
SkyBox SMS
- SkyBox is a Sector Management System (SMS) for pilots and Air Traffic Controllers
to manage aircraft flying through a sector above a city.
- I worked on a team of five to design and develop this client-server system in a
Software Engineering course.
- This project was coded in Java using the Eclipse software development environment.
- I assisted with the analysis, design, and coding phases.
Turtle Shell Self-Storage
- Turtle Shell Self-Storage is a fictional Self-Storage facility Chris Youmans and I
designed and developed a database scheme and website for.
- This website would assist in managing customers and storage rentals.
- We used Oracle 10g Express for the database.
- The website was created with ASP.Net in C#.
- SQL statements were implemented for generating complex reports and editing data.
- I implemented the first phase of the Two-Phase Simplex Method, which is used to solve linear
programming problems, using ASP.Net in C#.
